Responsible for leading all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the hotel’s facilities, systems, and infrastructure are safe, efficient, and aligned with high guest service standards.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime and manage budgets, CapEx planning, and cost control initiatives.
Supervise, train, and develop the engineering team, coordinate with other departments, and manage vendors, contractors, and renovation projects.
