Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and cooking areas, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, monitoring food temperatures and maintaining proper quaternary solution levels.
Work harmoniously with staff across all departments to ensure smooth meal service, assist in serving meals and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere, and report resident care concerns to the Administrator and/or Director of Nurses.
