Job Summary

  • You will play a critical role in supporting Autodesk’s mission by partnering with Customer Success leaders to drive sustainable, customer-centric growth across Autodesk’s Enterprise and Subscription business.
  • Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for the Customer Success organization and own and analyze key SaaS metrics such as gross and net retention, churn, renewals, expansion, cost-to-serve, token consumption, usage and value delivery.
  • Model Autodesk values by operating with integrity, curiosity, and a collaborative, inclusive mindset and foster strong cross-functional relationships built on trust and accountability.

  • Excellent communication skills
