Job Summary

  • The Packaging Operator II is responsible for performing, on a daily basis, all direct and indirect activities assigned to them in the packaging area, with the ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
  • This position will be responsible for packaging individual units in boxes, labelling, accountability of materials, printing labels, autoclaving items for Aseptic Processing Area (APA) and completion of batch records for the shop orders with highest level of accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in filling, packaging and labelling
  • Responsibility in an aseptic processing suite preferred
  • Experience in an FDA regulated production environment desired
  • Understanding of clean rooms
  • Minimum high school education required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in use of personal computers and MS Office software
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 6-8 hours)
