Must-have
Weekend shift availability Friday to Sunday
Supervision of LPNs and CNAs
Development of individualized nursing care plans
Administration of medications including controlled substances
Accurate documentation of patient status and treatments
Nice-to-have
Experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery
Certified in Psychiatric Nursing
Participation in therapy groups and family meetings
Ability to educate patients and families on conditions
Key Requirements
Valid current RN license from state or compact state
Graduation from an approved or accredited school of nursing
CPR certification required
De-escalation and restraint certification required
First aid certification may be required based on facility needs
