  • Key responsibilities include governing vendor performance against SLAs, managing Change Request lifecycles, and ensuring architectural integrity across financial modules.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience
  • Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)

  • Application Managed Services (AMS) vendor governance
  • Financial systems architecture integrity

  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification
  • PMP Project Management Professional certification

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT
  • 5-8 years full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation experience
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing
  • Proven experience managing AMS partners and SLAs
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger and month-end close processes
