Job Summary

  • This Associate Director position is responsible for engaging Lilly Medicine Foundry business and technical leaders, scientists, external suppliers, and strategic partners to manage the portfolio of applications and development roadmaps.
  • Key responsibilities include recruiting, leading and developing a group of dedicated technology professionals and delivering a range of vendor provided or custom solutions and critical platforms; aligning the team to business goals; driving agile transformation; managing solution prioritization, financial management and governance; and advancing information architecture practices.
  • Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (Science or Engineering)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Lab Systems or Information Management Systems
  • Master’s degree in business administration
  • Experience in providing technical coaching and feedback
  • Experience in developing budgets, forecasts, and plans
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and GxP practices
  • Experience managing large capital programs/projects
  • Previous experience in the startup of a new facility
