  • Manage the end-to-end processing of grant claims including verification of deliverables and supporting documentation prior to disbursement approval.
  • Enforce back-end governance and financial controls to ensure disbursements are made only for eligible, approved, and completed deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for claims-stage enquiries while coordinating with Finance for timely reconciliation and tracking.
