Job Summary
This role is key in ensuring that the company’s Social Policies and Industrial Relations strategy is developed and delivered effectively on the Belfast site.
The candidate would require relevant employment law knowledge and most importantly show a real desire to significantly increase their knowledge (In particular within Employment Law in Northern Ireland).
