The Resource Planner facilitates the creation and implementation of the Frontline installation resource strategy, ensuring efficient and optimized utilization of installation resources.
This role involves managing resource pools in collaboration with various managers and supervisors, proactively allocating resources to jobs, and communicating capacity demand with subcontractors.
Accountability for capacity includes knowing team competences and optimizing the deployment of installation resources (people, hoists, and method tools), ensuring alignment with the FL S&OP planning process.
