Employees must identify residents correctly before administering treatments and report all changes in condition or accidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant status
Assisting residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Recording vital signs and intake/output data
Reporting changes in resident condition immediately
Maintaining strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Nice-to-have
Creating a warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental teams
Strong communication skills for reporting to supervisors
