  • Provide first-line functional support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving reported issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Direct communication with cloud clients using Calypso modules for their daily activities, including Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Accounting.
  • Join the Client Services organization, providing Cloud clients with secure and reliable services around the Calypso solution since 2008.
