Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, asset management, configuration management, or technology risk
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience implementing and operating IT control frameworks
  • Experience managing hardware asset lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting software asset management processes
  • ITIL practices knowledge
  • Experience managing configuration item (CI) relationships
  • Experience working within a global financial institution or highly regulated industry
