The Lead Installation Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of offshore HVDC cable installation works including design, planning, execution, and handover.

Salary
Base: Up to £86,500 per year; Bonus/Equity: 20% Annual Bonus; Benefits: £450p/m Car Allowance and Private Healthcare

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years offshore cabling or subsea experience
At least 2 years in Lead Engineer or equivalent role
Proven experience managing complex offshore works safely
Direct experience in technical EPC contract management
Competency in engineering design and contract negotiation
