Job Summary
Act as a Product Developer in the Recruitment Product Team to secure Design, Development, Tests and Business satisfaction.
Support the Recruitment Module of Workday globally wherever implemented and turn requirements into reliable, beautiful Customize CF’s or CR’s.
Act as a Consultant and work with Architects on new Workday modules and do POC’s, while securing Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations.

Key Requirements
2-6 years of experience
minimum 2 years in Workday
Bachelor/ Master Degree
Workday Training / Certifications
Proficiency with Workday Core HCM
Proficiency in usage of OX 2.0
Knowledge of Hire to Retire (H2R)
Strong Configuration Management Skills
Agile solutions management suite
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills
