  • Lead the origination and delivery of IT due diligence, IT post-merger integration and IT separation/carve-out assignments end-to-end.
  • Provide IT industry knowledge and thought leadership on relevant topics such as enterprise IT infrastructure, application migration, cybersecurity and digital and analytics.
  • Develop deal-focused strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients and link technology actions to value creation, synergy and cost savings.
