Job Summary

  • Amtrak is hiring experienced Value Management Specialists to support the Digital Technology (DT) Portfolio and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices.
  • These roles will support portfolio-level planning, value tracking, OKR alignment, and Lean Portfolio Management processes that enable prioritization, transparency, and improved business outcomes across DT.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience
  • 6 years of relevant work experience
  • 6–9 years for Lead; 9+ for Principal (Portfolio & Value Management Experience)
  • SAFe 6.0 LPM Certification (required for Lead; strongly preferred for Principal)
  • Typically 10+ years with demonstrated enterprise-level impact (Principal)
