Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage within luxury hotels or resorts
Proven ability to drive financial performance and manage complex F&B operations
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
