Job Summary

  • Serve as the technical specialist for PCBA process engineering to optimize manufacturing processes and drive cost reduction.
  • Lead Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives by analyzing product designs and preparing business cases for potential savings.
  • Support New Product Introduction projects from the RFQ phase through mass production while coordinating with site manufacturing teams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in PCBA process engineering within EMS
  • Willingness to travel to Batam and Vietnam for project support
