Job Summary
Lead the factory planning team in one Operation Center with more than one production locations with the goal of matching supply to demand at the right time and at a competitive cost.
Ensure execution of all standard planning processes in the respective Operation Center and lead the factory team in achieving highest level of product availability by continually improve the quality and timeliness of factory planning & capacity reliability.
Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.
