Base: $168,924-$270,278; Bonus: Individual annual performance bonus plus profitability bonus; Benefits: 15% retirement contribution, generous time-away, health benefits
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years IT or security operations experience
Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker containerization
Proficient Python programming skills
AWS cloud infrastructure and security experience
Terraform and Ansible automation expertise
CI/CD pipeline security implementation
Nice-to-have
Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban workflows
Knowledge of Agentic software development
Ability to influence stakeholders on security risk
Strong communication for non-technical audiences
Interest in reducing false positives in tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
