Responsibilities include providing counsel to the business leadership team on all financial matters that focuses on maximizing revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow generation.

Multi-facility manufacturing background
Monthly financial reporting and forecasting
P&L and Balance sheet analysis
ERP proficiency Oracle Hyperion

Lean manufacturing environment experience
Lean Accounting knowledge
MBA or Master's degree in Finance
Strategic planning support

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
