This role supports the Copy Center and Media Services by creating professional-quality printed and digital content while providing consulting on file preparation and design alignment.
The position requires technical independence and the ability to troubleshoot both digital and hardware systems across print and media platforms.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Two years professional experience in digital media
High-quality printing and large-format graphics production
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Troubleshoot digital and hardware systems

Experience in higher education environment
Familiarity with ADA accessibility guidelines
Experience training student workers or entry-level staff
