Job Summary
As a Quality Specialist (f/m/d) you’ll be at the core of our site quality system; driving compliance, supporting audits, and leading root cause analysis and countermeasures for both customer and internal quality topics.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a quality partner to production, R&D, and customers to continuously improve processes and performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Food Technology or a related technical field
Strong experience in Quality (QA, QC, QMS) within a manufacturing environment
Experience guiding small teams
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Experience supporting/leading internal and external audits
