Job Summary

  • Assumes responsibility for daily coordination of the resident's care, including comprehensive assessments, care conferences, and written plans of care.
  • The MDS Coordinator assures that quarterly, annual, & significant change observations & assessments are completed in a timely fashion for assigned group of Residents.
