Key Requirements

  • Designation as Corporate or Commercial Paralegal
  • 2+ years of relevant industry and/or law firm experience
  • Self-starter initiative with ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, research and writing skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
