Analyze and review Electronic Trading algorithms, including controls and testing methods, as part of the Second Line of Defense oversight.
Provide senior management with an independent view of the Firm's Electronic Trading Risks in relation to information and technology practices.
Collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders including Sales and Trading Business Units, Desk Strategists, Business Unit Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Technology, and Regulatory Relations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Five (5) years of experience
Experience with Electronic trading concepts
Experience with Databases including BOXI and VBA
Experience with Algorithmic and Direct Market Access (DMA) trading concepts
Experience with Market and Operational Risks
Experience with Monitoring and managing risk limits
Experience with Electronic trading technologies
Experience with Electronic trading concepts including high frequency trading
Experience with Electronic trading regulatory rules including Market Access Rules (15c3-5)
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), testing and QA
