  • This role leads frontline production teams to deliver high-quality, life-saving therapies under cGMP conditions.
  • The position requires owning inspection readiness and compliance by reviewing and approving batch records, logbooks, and SOPs.
  • Candidates will coach and develop a team of 6–12 direct reports while participating in continuous improvement initiatives like 6S and Lean.
