This role involves executing required plan document restatements to reflect legislative changes such as the SECURE Act and SECURE 2.0.

Must-have
Drafting retirement plan documents
ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulatory knowledge
Plan restatements and amendments execution
SPD and SMM preparation experience
SECURE Act and legislative updates understanding
Nice-to-have
Experience with TPA or recordkeeper environments
Familiarity with FT William or Relius software
Process improvement and standardization skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Entrepreneurial spirit and team collaboration
Key Requirements
2-5 years of relevant experience
Associate degree (2-year degree)
