Job Summary

  • Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders through design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-deployment optimization to ensure successful delivery and long-term adoption of LNRS Fraud and Identity solutions.
  • Guide, test, and troubleshoot customer integrations, and advise customer application developers and technical leads on web and mobile front-end integration, as well as backend API integration.
  • Communicate and present solutions to customers, and work with other team members to monitor project timelines, risks, scope, and budget, escalating issues when needed.
