Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling service requests, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sacramento, CA, Monday–Friday, Hours 7 am - 4:30 pm.
