Key Requirements

  • NICU Clinical Manager/Charge RN experience
  • Minimum 3 years NICU clinical experience
  • Current CA Registered Nurse License
  • Associates of Science in Nursing (ADN)
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Current NRP certification
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated management aptitude and experience
