The 4A Transitional Care and Discharge Unit is a 12-bed unit designed to reduce Emergency Department holding and promote better patient throughput.
As an RN on the team, you will deliver exceptional care throughout the patient care journey, interacting directly with patients and their families to enhance their experience and ensure they are equipped for discharge.

Key Requirements
Graduate from accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
