Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current standards.
Responsibilities include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment.
The role requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state and current CPR certification.
