Job Summary

• The Case Manager will be responsible for the direct management of cases of populations at risk of and/or affected by violence, neglect, abuse, and/or exploitation, providing individual counseling and psychosocial activities.
• The Case Manager is responsible for providing guidance and referrals to Salvadoran public institutions, non-governmental organizations, and social actors to ensure the exercise of fundamental rights, as well as activating official attention routes and responses in cases of rights violations.
• Maintain detailed and confidential case files in line with recognized best practices and contribute to monthly reports.
