The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in employee engagement, particularly in a tech environment, and possess strong interpersonal skills along with a passion for creating an inclusive workplace

Job Summary

  • Plan and deliver fresh, high-quality experiences, team building opportunities, volunteer programming, celebrations, rituals, and more that foster belonging, connection, and team spirit.
  • Own the planning and execution of high-impact corporate events, including local Board Weeks, executive offsites, leadership retreats, and company-wide milestone gatherings.
  • This position has a base salary range between $128,000 to $135,000.
