  • Coordinate a team of inspectors to verify that raw materials, in-process products, and finished products meet pre-established Quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with current departmental procedures and good manufacturing practices in areas under responsibility, and make decisions on non-conforming and rejected material.
  • Periodically analyze training and development needs of personnel and, together with the Manager, develop strategies to grow staff.
