The primary purpose is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program that meets residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
The role involves participating in discharge planning, developing activity care plans, and assisting with quarterly progress notes as assigned.
Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand or walk very often while maintaining a clean and orderly activity department.

Key Requirements
