  • This position offers significant autonomy to shape NGS strategy and make technology development decisions, leading a high-performing NGS team directly embedded within an innovative biologics discovery group.
  • The annual base pay for this position ranges from $180,740.80 - $271,111.20 USD Annual Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience building and using NGS technologies
  • proven track record of implementing novel technologies
  • Previous experience managing a high performing team
  • Extensive experience with various NGS platforms
  • strong background in laboratory automation
  • expertise in bioinformatics, data analysis, and HPC environments
