Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for managing and revitalising PwC's structured, independent client feedback programme to strengthen client relationships.
  • You will lead end-to-end delivery including senior client interviews, surveys, and win/loss debriefs while reporting to the Client Experience lead.
  • The position offers a $250 annual wellbeing allowance, flexible working options, and two paid recognition days off during the summer shutdown.
