12-15 years pharmaceutical compliance experience
Knowledge of AKS FCA FDCA HIPAA FCPA regulations
Experience drafting principle-based policies
Ability to conduct live and transactional monitoring
Expertise in adult-learning techniques for training

Advanced degree MBA CPA JD appreciated

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
