Job Summary

  • The Senior Practice Manager provides effective leadership and creates a culture of accountability for ambulatory care operations including excellence in patient and caregiver safety, quality assurance of care, patient experience, equity, patient access to care, financial stewardship including budget management, caregiver engagement, and growth.
  • This role also supports ancillary services such as human resources and information systems and may have oversight of up to 1-4 direct leader reports of which they will be required to lead and foster their development.
