The incumbent will be accountable for delivering financial and operating results, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and business development support.
This role requires managing staff, developing complex financial models, and providing counsel to the business leadership team on maximizing revenue growth and cash flow.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
7+ years of finance experience
Multi-facility manufacturing experience required
Proficiency in Oracle and Hyperion ERP systems
Experience with Lean Accounting principles
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in business administration or finance
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to lead lean manufacturing cultural change
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of finance experience
Must have multi-facility manufacturing responsibility
