Job Summary

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for brand activations and sponsorships within the healthcare industry.
  • Oversee and at times, manage all aspects of event planning, including venues, suppliers, run of show, logistics, budget, and staffing.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of event management experience
  • High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of event management experience
  • 1+ years of experience planning events in EU and UK
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Certified Meeting Professional and/or Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certification
