Key Requirements
6+ years of experience in IT managed services, healthcare IT, or cybersecurity
Prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Sales Engineer
Strong understanding of healthcare IT environments and regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA)
Hands-on knowledge across endpoint management, Microsoft 365/Azure, IAM, SIEM/XDR/MDR, server/cloud security
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Comfortable presenting to senior executives, clinicians, and IT leaders
