Provide leadership for a team of engineering managers in the support of multiple, complex product lines or processes at a manufacturing site and to set the standards of practice for all engineering functions.
Develop the strategies and tactics required for the engineering and/or technical organizations to align to the site’s and business’ long-range plans.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
15 years of engineering/technical support roles
10 years in technical management positions
Track record in production environments
