Job Summary
Serves as counsel for an assigned departmental or functional area, or within a defined area of law.
Collaborates with supported Finance & Accounting, Sales & Sales Excellence, Corporate Operations, Engineering / Product Development, Marketing & Communications and/or others, to ensure that product offerings, business dealings and agreements are legally compliant and protective of the company’s interests.
Will serve on the board of the Philippines legal entities, acting as company secretary and potentially also as director.
