  • The Medical Assisting Instructor is responsible under the direct supervision of faculty members to perform routine standardized laboratory work requiring close attention to detailed procedures in the preparation and basic maintenance and operation of laboratory equipment.
  • Develops program and course outlines, goals and objectives, prepares lesson plans for classroom instruction for credited technical/occupational courses, and provides instruction in the clinical setting.
  • Ensures safety and security requirements are met in the training area and meets with students, staff members, and other educators to discuss students’ instructional programs and other issues impacting the progress of the students.

Key Requirements
