  • This role leads end‑to‑end affiliate oversight across sales, product development, risk, regulatory, and oversight dimensions, defining and executing the ICM affiliate business strategy.
  • The incumbent will manage large P&L, enhance the operating model, deliver revenue outcomes, and ensure alignment with Business Unit strategies and the ICM Risk Appetite Statement.
  • The role also steers reporting and communications, oversees 1LoD Affiliate Risk Management, and represents affiliate‑linked regulatory requests, primarily with U.S. regulators.
