Base: 69,200 - 84,600; Bonus/Equity: 7.5% annual bonus target, potential payout up to double target; Benefits: Multiple benefits offered, Share plan & savings

property appraisal experience
loss prevention experience
customer service skills

identify construction types
frequent travel within Alberta
Nice-to-have
architectural drawing software familiarity
strong organizational skills
autonomous working hours
develop contractor relationships
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of property appraisal and loss prevention experience
Architectural designation preferred or equivalent experience
CIP and CRM designation preferred
Valid drivers license with a good driving record
Ability to read and understand architectural and builder plans is preferred
